If you’re trying to get more power from your car, whether you drive it every day or race it, a high-flow fuel pump can make a high flow fuel pump a big change. OSIAS has been a go-to brand for aftermarket car parts since ’06. They’ve got some good, tough, and cheap performance pumps.
Think of them as souped-up fuel pumps. They push way more fuel than the ones that came with your car. The amount of fuel is measured in liters per hour (LPH) or gallons per hour (GPH). If you’ve made engine changes or added a turbo, you’ll probably do these.
These pumps make sure your engine gets enough fuel. This means your engine runs smoother and you won’t have problems with it running too lean.
If you add things like a turbo, bigger injectors, or nitrous, you’re going to need more fuel. A better pump can handle it.
The stock pumps can struggle if you ask too much of them. Upgraded pumps keep things steady and prevent damage.
OSIAS pumps are known for being well-made and tested:
They’re ISO/TS16949 and QS9000 certified, which means they meet really high standards
Every pump is tested before it ships, so you know it’ll work.
255 LPH Inline Pump (GSL392) – Tough and won’t break the bank.
340 LPH In-Tank Pump (GSS341 / GSS340) – Small but gives consistent fuel at different pressures.
340 LPH E85 Pump – Can handle around 600–700 hp; quiet and reliable.
380 LPH External Pump – You can put it inside or outside the tank; good for over 1,200 hp.
Setting It Up
Be safe: disconnect the battery and release fuel pressure. Make sure the pump fits right and doesn’t leak.
The fuel lines, filters, injectors, and regulators should match the pump. If they don’t, things won’t work well.
Change the fuel filters to keep things from getting clogged. Also, check the tank for dirt, which can hurt the pump. Keep the wires in good shape.
You might want a high-flow pump if:
You’re building a performance or race car and want maximum power.
You have a turbo or supercharger.
You’re using E85 fuel.
If you’ve changed your engine to get more power, getting a high-flow fuel pump is a must. OSIAS makes good pumps for everyone. Whether you’re adding a turbo or just want something more reliable, OSIAS has you covered.
